At RMB Dance, everything we do is to share positivity, bring joy, and benefit others. Every year, our not-for-profit showcase is in aid of a different charity, and this year it's Richmond's Hope.

The way I explain it to our dancers is that just by doing something we love - dancing - we're helping others. I truly believe that this teaches sensitivity and understanding of charity, and gives our shows a 'why'. I always remind our dancers of this 'why' just before they step on stage, and they perform with passion and reason knowing that we are doing this to help others.

Richmond’s Hope provides support for children and young people aged 4-18 years who have been bereaved. The charity provides a safe space for children to work through their grief both verbally and non verbally, to preserve memories of the person who has died, to explore their feelings, to  develop coping strategies and to understand the impact the bereavement has had on their lives.

We're living in challenging times, so rather than charging a set cost for tickets there will be a donation box at the show. Any contribution you can make will be much appreciated and all money will be donated, so we are asking our audience members to please give whatever you can.

Thank you in advance and please do visit Richmond's Hope's website to find out more about the wonderful work they do.
